Being dermatologically and gynecologically tested means a brand has invested in rigorous testing for both the validity of the products’ claims. They are tasked with determining whether it can truly benefit the skin or hair the way it says it will, and whether the product can be safely applied on the skin (specifically the pubic area) without reaction or irritation. A dermatologist and gynecologist will conduct each study on participants over 21 days, making note of the dermatological and gynecological “tolerance,” meaning levels of irritation, and “acceptability,” meaning how successful the product was at fulfilling its claims. Each of our products are derm and gyno-tested.

Fur Professionals is open to all beauty industry professionals. We require proof of licensure, depending on the location in which you do business. Beauty students are welcome to apply as well, with valid proof of enrollment. We are not accepting applications for online retailers at this time.
