Terms & Conditions

SUPPLIER TERMS

  • Customer may not represent itself as a FUR distributor, re-sell FUR products to outside vendors (e.g. Amazon, Ebay), or, directly or indirectly permit other distributors or vendors to re-sell FUR products.
  • Distribution or sale of products is not transferable to any other premises (including, without limitation, by phone order, catalogue, mail order, television, radio, internet, telephone solicitation, mail order) and is strictly prohibited without prior written consent of FUR.
  • FUR products must be sold in accordance with retail price list to be provided by FUR and may not be discounted without the express written authority of FUR. The wholesale and retail prices are subject to change.

PURCHASE ORDER

  • We require orders to be submitted via email directly to orders@furyou.com.
  • All accounts must provide valid payment information (e.g. credit card) in order to acknowledge the order. Net 30 terms with written approval only.
  • Orders cannot be revised up to 30 days before start delivery period.
  • All orders are nonrefundable.
  • Payment terms:
    • Accounts will be charged before dispatch unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    • Checks should be made out to “Schubert & Schubert LLC” and mailed to 319 Lafayette Street, Suite 102, New York, NY 10012.

SHIPPING

  • All products are dispatched from our warehouse in Connecticut. Please state clearly on your order your preferred shipping details/carrier, otherwise shipping will be provided via the most cost efficient carrier and will be included on your invoice.
  • International orders will be evaluated on a case by base basis. All customs, duties, taxes covered by customer.

RETURNS

  • All sales are final and merchandise returns will not be accepted without written authorization.
  • Returns that are accepted with written approval are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Customer has 7 days to report damages & shortages
  • If issued, an RMA number will be generated after approval and all returned items must be clearly marked with the RMA number on the outside of the box.
